1. i friended you when i saw that you had made an account specifically to read your friends' friends-only posts.
2. i associate you with any movie or song that involves cross-dressing in any way.
3. you look so nice in a lab coat!
4. you came to AlexCon and didn't say three words the whole weekend. your hair was still insanely long
5. tagon joral, right? i didn't pay much attention to AR Trek.
6. what exactly is your ethnic heritage? like, i know the components, but i definitely don't know the proportions, nor which parent they come from.
7. you just have the one, and you only need the one.

Ethnic heritage:
Father: So completely irish (and I look more or less exactly like him)
Mother: Nearly half mexican, maybe an eighth or so native american, the rest undifferentiated euro-miscellany (british/spanish/french/I forget)

maybe I will post it in my blogger blog. downside is having to come up with answers that I would not mind family members seeing... :-^

1. you friended me first. i thought you had seen me on jeff r's lj, but then i found out you primarily knew heather.
2. hm. you know, since we truly only "know" each other through lj, i don't think i associate you with music or film. maybe the band Traffic for some unknowable reason.
3. not fact, but opinion -- i love you with a beard! bring back le beard!
4. i don't remember anything specific, but you often posted things on jeff's lj that made me want to get to know you.

6. what's your name, besides joe? i also want to know what your voice sounds like so please post a small .wav if possible. you're one of very few lj friends of mine who i haven't met in real life.

1. i basically friended you so you could read my friends-only entries. you don't put your lj to much use.
2. the entiiiiire hilltop hoods catalog. also the pi song, obv
3. you already know this, but you seem to have a permanent sunglasses-tan, which is like a farmer's tan for the incredibly suave
4. my first memory of you is the photo in the schutzenfest hat with no beard!

2. i associate you with certain foods (anything purchasable at the circus, for example), but not media.
3. you eat probably the worst of anyone i've ever known :( i am sorry but it's true. also, #1 most dedicated gag account of all time.
4. i remember the first time i saw combover guy in your avatar, i was like "whoa.. could that be the guy? could that be a picture of this guy?" and there was much debate of this.
6. where do you live, and what exactly is your job? i know you've explained it a little bit before but i don't remember.

1. Would need an LJ to friend. But we go way back, internet-like. And from when you lived in San Francisco!
2. I associate you with the entire track listing from "The Head On the Door." Actually, it's a two-way tie between that and Avril Lavigne's "I'm With You."
3. I personally have only seen one picture of you, ever, that didn't come out fucking terrific.
4. I think we met for the first time at one of the APE gatherings (before you moved to San Francisco). I was the world's worst companion because I was so depressed I could barely see out of my own skull. I felt bad for making such a horrible impression.
5. Association does not compute but for some reason makes me think of your DumbProm outfit in the swank Governor's Suite of the downtown hotel in San Diego.
