Thanks! The neatest thing (so far) is that she was turned over to the shelter when her owner wasn't able to take care of her any more, so it wasn't like she was on the streets and had some great traumatic experiences or anything. So she's at least fairly normal. :)

(Did you like Yumi when I posted pictures of her? I could somehow see you thinking she was funny. I could picture you chuckling.)

Thanks! It's funny that my reading-savvy friends keep thinking she's named after the children's literary magazine, but Toby came up with the name and I'm sure he's never even read it before.
