Thanks, at least I don't have to leave unless I want to. Which in itself is a blessing :) I know the company IS confusing! Regardless of where I work, they are the ones who employ me.

Is 2 bucks an hour really worth it for you, or are you feeling the pinch.

I have taken paycuts before just to have a less stressful job and work with a better team, and have time for family. Maybe just me, but I find it worth so much more.

Thanks - I don't really think it is. I like the area I'm in now, close to doctors and friends so I'm not anxious to change. But if it's Uh-mazing...maybe :/

Is the job you are in now permanent? I think THIS is a key question because if not, then you COULD potentially be looking again right? Is the one you interview for Permanent?

Sit down and write out the pros and cons to each.. then .. take a hard look and what does your gut tell you. Your gut will always make the right choice. :) xoxo

Yes - finally. I floated for awhile (going where they needed me) then this opened up and it's permanent. The next one is too, so after I meet them I'll see - but yeah. Right now I'm totally not feeling it. I'm tempted to cancel and stay at my cozy desk :)

i always say take the interview just to see what it's all about. However, it sounds like ultimately you actually like where you are at and it's permanent! These are hard things to come by... especially the liking it part. Is there a future for you where you are at now? $2 wouldn't be enough for me to leave. If you do a good job where you are at, you will see more money eventually anyway.

wellI don't think there's any real future in either, but at the same time I want to go back to school and really want a low stress job so I can concentrate on other things. If that makes sense - that's where my head is right now...

Thanks - I do think they give small raises at the end of each year but it's not all about the money anyway! :)
