Post surgery update
Well Mike had the surgery this morning and my wonderful niece was good enough to text me right after. They got the entire tumor and it seems the lymph nodes are clear. There will be more testing in the next while but hopefully this is now resolved. Sigh.
As for me, I'm sure all is fine. Am going for a mammogram and ultrasound. *shrugs*

My brother Mike txted me today that he wanted to talk on the phone. Cutting to the chase, he is having surgery Monday to remove a cancerous tumour from his ureter. He started peeing blood 2 weeks ago, saw the Dr, tests and diagnosis Tuesday...with surgery scheduled. If they can get enough clear tissue around they can reconstruct. If not they ( Read more... ) -

Okay my friends, you are among the most powerful healers i know. I need your help. My friend Jill, the one who lost her husband a little over a year ago to cancer is very very very ill in hospital. Several years ago I went to a weekend women's gathering. Alone. I knew not a soul there upon arrival and left. With a family of friends. Among them was Sheila. Tonight she passed to the other side after five years of struggle with cancer. It started with breast, then kidney... And on from there.
