I agree with the 2nd paragraph whole-heartedly. Trust me, seeing people self absorbed and selfish during the holiday season is very aparent at a department store.

yeah, but even when I worked at Hot Topic, people still werent as fucking utterly rude as they are now. Theres like this huge difference between working retail customer service, and customers in food service. People are just much bigger dickholes when it comes to food. I just dont understand why people make such a big deal about something theyre just going to crap out anyways. Not to mention, at DiBellas we get more people trying to rip us off than most stores get shoplifting. Its insane.
