This made me cry (in a good way!!) ❤️❤️ 'The Velveteen Rabbit' is one of my favorite stories and this entry brought me right back to that book!! ❤️🐰❤️ You really made me feel for the toy and I absolutely adored the innocent and non judgmental view of Shelly!! Such a great entry!! 😁😁

Beardogmonkey isn't the right toy for just anyone, but eventually someone had to recognize the love with which he/she was made, even if not the skill. This is warm and happy, and the POV is wonderful.

When one's primary sense is touch rather than sight, being the softest then becomes the advantage. I like playing with the points of view -- this story wasn't first-person until I actually started writing it down.
