Thank you for this, it's super-encouraging and you speak about bodies in a way that makes sense to me. (I've been working with trainers and running into a lot of roadblocks because I have a hard time feeling the things my body is doing, (and because I want to be stronger, not differently shaped) and that's making me anxious about working out at home).
