Hypnosis
I wanted to write about this now while it was all fresh in mind. This hypnosis was a very bizarre experience. I don’t feel any closer to understanding my fear, and I’m definitely not over it today. The whole thing left me feeling a bit bewildered, and sad

It sounds like a very bizarre experience - I am not sure that I could do it - I would hate the feeling of not being able to control yourself - like when you were crying
I hope that he can help you - we really want to see you, and it will be a few years yet until we can make it to Australia
