I'm on your wavelength right now. I seems my meds are doing just what I want them to right now, but I'm having some compulsive behaviors and am feeling a little extra jacked up by my provigil. Anorgasmia bothers me more than anything. I hate to change anything, but that's a problem.

Not with the anorgasmia, sadly. I had that problem with several antidepressants and the only solution I ever found was to try something different. You can maybe see if there are any supplements you could be taking with it; lamictal depletes folic acid, so I've found taking that helps with a lot of the side effects, but that's mostly for things like quality of sleep and digestive issues. Remind me what you're taking it for? Anxiety? I'm having a brain fart

No, I've got CHP. I'm on 3 meds: lexipro, provigil, and neurontin. They seem to be the right cocktail for my anxiety and depression except for that one problem, but it's not even that bad. I'm not incapable. It's just not what it used to be. Maybe I'm just getting older! I talked to my doc about the substance abuse issue and she said it's about as addictive as chocolate and I have no desire to abuse it after being on it for 6 months. I appreciate your input. I see my doc in a couple of weeks and it can definately wait. Hope you're feeling better soon.
