I still have hope . . . now that Dean doesn't want to do it, maybe it'll still happen but it'll be a bit more angsty - like Mikey can't defeat Luci in the weak vessel so Dean agrees to a temporary posession, just to defeat Luci?

Tonight's episode was like a love song to shippers. We've got Wincest and Castiel/Dean (yes, *Castiel*/Dean because Castiel was kicking ass and taking names tonight), so it was just a *wonderful* night to be a fangirl.

I agree with you that man fighting for himself is God's true plan because man was given free will *and* was put above *all* angels. Michael and Lucifer and all the other angels can do whatever they want, but Sam and Dean have to say yes before the real party gets started.
