A Student's Life!

1st Night of Class
I survived my first class! I found out I am #2 on the waitlist and the instructor told me that I was as good as in...so that was a relief, I was worried I'd do all this work and have it not count. The class is small, 15 students and seems like I am going to be busy, but in a good way. I am watching the State of the Union address and it annoys me ( Read more... ) -
Last Day of Summer (so to speak)
Tomorrow I go back to school...it's an academic writing class at Harvards night school. I am pretty nervous, I've been out of school for over 9 years, so I have all these fears (some are irrational) running through my head..will I 'get it' or be lost, will I be able to keep up, etc etc. Gotta go before my head explodes. -
Day Off
Having a lovely day off from work. Still sick, but the drugs are working. Spending too much time online. Oh well. I need to use this LJ stuff more, I like it. -

What a day, I have done next to nothing...just read fan fiction all day. My favorite story updated...I spend way to much time reading this stuff. -
