Grey Matter..

May 13, 2009 22:04

There are days (most day.. like today, for example) that I take a small moment to shut down and take a walk inside of the vast labyrinth of a place that is my head to assess where I am, mentally. Most days my visibility is miles ahead of me. I know who I am, where I am, where I'm going, what's going on around me.. The sun is shining and my ( Read more... )

No. You're alone and a freak of nature.

JK!

Of course I get that way! Haven't you read my latest LJ post from a day or two ago? :P

I think it's just a curse of being part Cherokee, or of having overanalytical brains, or of being stuck in dumb-hickville, NC.

GOD! I thought you were stealing my brain for a sec. I know exactly how you feel! I'm like this most days ESPECIALLY at work. I have noticed more and more that people disgust me and I have no idea what there talking about most of the time. Some people are so empty. Maybe this was TMI but I'm just saying I understand ya.

Good to hear from you!

You ever get really pissed off when you say hello to someone at work and they either A) ignore you, B) start ranting about things to you without first acknowledging you back or taking time for formals, or C) say something seemingly rude like "I'm just looking, thanks."? How hard is it to countergreet someone??!?!

I'm convinced that the average person is a void.

And, glad to be back!

Oh yes!! That happens to me al this time and it just really pisses me off that I just want to walk up to them and A) tell them "Hey I asked you a question!" B)Hit them in the temple or C) all of the above!!

I fucking hate people!!!

I feel that way too sometimes. Usually I am so stressed and worried about Dwight's senile uncle that a feeling of fog is kind of a way of coping. I cannot make any plans and the future looks bleak.

You are definitely not alone in what you're experiencing. Actually it sounds oddly familiar, hence why I decided to comment. My own personal findings have brought me to the belief that most people who think too much tend to have these same problems. Normally I would try to suggest a solution, however I honestly don't know of one.
