I got tagged back in by a post from @raidingparty so I scrambled around trying to remember my password and got all interested.

I am fed up with drama on Facebook, tired of the Russian Trump trolls on Twitter trying to sell mugs for Liberal Tears, and Reddit is slammed with Mens Rights Activists and denizens from r/The_Donald, so I don't feel really ( Read more... )

I just tried to get in touch with a client earlier today, and couldn't reach her, so I Skyped a video of myself telling her I would call her later. On the playback, it flipped the image so it was no longer a mirror image, and I suddenly was struck by how I look to other people, especially when talking.

I wrecked my car back in November, and tried to drive it for a while because I still needed it, but it just started acting up so I finally got it into the collision center, where, when they pulled off the bumper, they found that it was in terrible shape. So they called Allstate, and the adjuster put it down as being totaled.

Slowly but surely, it looks like the trickle of blocked accounts back to Ello are happening. From what I understand is that they blocked them first, and then investigated, and then they sent them emails with codes to reactivate their accounts. Makes me wonder if this was the work of some autobot.

Why does everyone assume I am a hippie? There is nothing groovy or mellow about me. I'm actually quite brittle and curmudgeonly.

I should have known that it was fixin' to rain yesterday because my knee was killing me.

I was planning to wander downtown to go to a life drawing session, but it's pouring rain and the studio is two blocks from the Marta and I have only $12 to my name, so I'm skipping it. I would have gone though if my daughter had wanted to go.
