I get to go home this week!!! Home ... that sounds weird. Home is in Seattle ... but home is in Okemos, and Alma, and Traverse City. Either way, I get to go to all three and then some when I come back to Michigan this week. It all seems so surreal! I can almost guarantee there will be tears of happiness. It's going to be a bittersweet July ...

- Summer school at its most intense month.
- Theory class, which includes writing a 30-35 page theory paper + presentation, both due on a day when I won't be in the state.
- All the time I have will fly by much too quickly and all too slow all at once.

RENT was amazing... I almost have no words to describe just how great of an experience it was. We were probably about 100 feet from the stage on the ground floor, with a great view. Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal were in the performance, and it was spectacular!!!

Oh, and the best part? Jackie and I got Anthony Rapp's autograph!!!!!! I can't get over ( Read more... )

Well, visiting week 1 is now over. Ian flew back to Michigan in the wee hours of the morning today (his flight left at 12:40am). It was really great to see him - I missed him a lot! - Jeanette arrives to Seattle

- Come back to the apartment and crash

Tax season is over!!!! :) :) :) :) I am so happy! This means that Josh will be home earlier than me 4 days a week (I have class and internship 4 days a week and I either get home at 8:30 or 6:30). I had a great weekend, and I'm sad that it's over! I got to go on a walk with friends around Green Lake on a beautiful sunny day on Saturday, and on Sunday Josh and I saw "I Love You, Man" and went on a walk in Discovery Park.
