I'm not really sure that link helps. The things these people lied about are things to do with utilities which are not the landlord's responsibility. But nonetheless, I've been lied to and I'm pissed the fuck off. v_v

the thing that really gets me is these people, and the previous tenant who HAD TO PAY ALL THIS SHIT TOO all told Katy that these bills were either cheaper than they actually are or that they didn't have to pay them at all, which was a huge fucking selling point for me to agree to move here in the first place. Because when I first saw this place, I was soooooooo not impressed. But they all swore to Katy that it was cheap and she swore to me that it was cheap and I caved because I wanted to save my goddamn money for better things than rent and bills. But here we are, and I'm fucking mad.

I agree. What the fuck is wrong with this place that one toilet costs $80? And next year its going to be $90? I re-read the letter that was sent to me originally when I set up the service and it says unless I receive a letter saying that its raised that I should continue paying the same rate until July so fuck them I'm not giving them $90 in January.

I spoke to a woman today and she says she keeps sending us bills, but I told her that I've only received late fee notices and she told me "Oh. I don't know why that's happening, sorry." I also mentioned that these late fees are in my name arriving at the house so there is NO REASON they cannot send me a bill when its due and not after. I hope yelling at them has done some amount of good. This is total bullshit.
