Franken Ankle
Well, the big check-up I was expecting on Monday was more of a splint change and a quick look-see. I did get to see my foot/ankle for the first time since the surgery. I have 2 large incisions on either side, each between 2-5 inches long. Each surgical stapled to within an inch of it's life. Ergo why it has the nickname of Franken Ankle. I'm ( Read more... ) -

It just feels like I might have. This staying in bed and resting is getting old. As one would assume it might, it limits quite a bit of what you can do. Yet again, not rocket science. But it's easier to not break anything while you are being very still in a cushy bed ( Read more... )
