I really hope that these pizzas turn out edible. I fudged the crust and pretty much the entire sauce recipe. Heavy cream, not condensed skim milk. fresh mozzarella, not skim swiss. Jameson not Chablis. xanthan gum, not cornstarch. Mixed fresh ground pepper, not white pepper. I did NOT mess with the garlic, though.
You can't mess with the garlic.
