(UN)WORTHY?

What makes us worthy of what we have or are given? Is it possible that we get what we give? Or do our actions play the only role in determining what we're worthy of? If you're a relatively lonely person, so much that you're almost bitter. Is it okay for a friend to tell you all about how they cheated on their partner? Are you supposed to pay ( Read more... )

Worthy. It's a dangerous sentiment to throw out there. Who am I for example to say that a friend is or is not worthy of something. I have friends who screwed off for the first half of their lives and then suddenly have great jobs. Whereas, I've worked hard for most of my life and have a mediocre one. Is it really a question of worthy? While I might be jealous of these people-for whom everything seems to go right-is it not just that they were in the right place at the right time ( ... )
