I realized the last time I (really) updated this blog was shortly before I moved to New York in April. I'm currently on my last day of Christmas vacation, headed back to NYC tomorrow, so I figured I might as well use the occasion to stop by and say helloHello ( Read more... )

I've missed you! I've been wondering what you're up to, where you are, how you're doing... :D It's really good to hear from you - especially since you've got good news. (If you do send out newsletter/update emails to your friends, I'd love to hear from you more often. :)

Awww, thank you darling! I'm awful at sending any kinds of updates to my friends. But next time I do, I can definitely include you on that note. :) I'm not sure I have your email address so if you want to send me a PM with it, that would be great.

2011 has been amazing. Here's hope 2012 will be just as fantastic.

I'm so happy to hear that while life has been crazy/hectic/stressful/different, you were able to make it through it and really enjoy yourself!

That's great that you were able to take up running! I have a friend who moved up to NYC who also runs half-marathons on a semi-regular basis, and recently pushed herself to a full marathon in San Diego (I believe). Crazy!

Hope your 2012 is awesome!

Thank you! Yes, it's been busy but it's been an amazing ride so far. :)

Full marathons are scary. I applied for NY this year and I'm half-hoping I don't get in. Haha. Awesome for your friend that she has the fitness level to do this.

HOLY CRAP!! I have been away from this place for so long and your life is completely different. I know this sounds lame, but this entry is kind of what I needed to read right now. I am contemplating some big life changes, I have my teaching degree and need to figure out where and what to do with that... and this helped me to see that it is possible.

ALSO: RUNNING! I am also in love with it... although I am slow and I can't seem to get a hold of my eating... so any tips you have there would be amazing.
