haha I'm in the middle of setting up a move-in with friends for this summer right now too, I completely understand exactly how stoked you are. of course, your place is considerably bigger and more reasonably priced (fucking Fairfax and it's ridiculously high real esate prices), but I'm SO excited. 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhouse, and I'm living with two kids who have been my best friends for over a decade now.
