I had a terrifying dream last night

god was afflicting people with horrible visions, if anybody touched any of these stone objects that accompanied the visions, or anyone who had them, they died. the last one to die, i found. he was filled with water, and as i squeezed the water from his stomach he spoke what were to be his last words, as if the water held it suspended until then

Hey, hon... it is still quite a large universe out there full of possibilities and ever-unfolding patterns and births... and change... this drean of yours is all for the moment and desccribes how heavy your burdens currently are...
what I mean is, DAMMIT BEN, YOU MUST NOT DIE!!! Thousands of starving children need your mania(for lack of a better term) to free them, endless numbers of mysteries of the brain will be solved if you fucking die and the technology right now just isn't fucking ready (you know this), you still have not published a book (did you know you were supposed to attempt this?) and the soul-virus you have infected millions with has not yet webbed its group host of hosts completely. Must I go on? I need a ciggarette.
