Making Dinner!

One of the fun parts of my job is meeting people who really want to get whatever story they have on the air. Two times in the past few weeks, that's meant covering stories about dungeness crab season being delayed until the 31st of December. And the awesome part about each time I've covered that story? I don't work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday... as well as next weekend and the monday following that (the 2nd).

like a couple weeks ago we made this sushi type salad, basically it was what you have in a california roll: crab, avocado, carrot, cucumber, rice! (there probably were other things) i think we found it off of epicurious.com anyways it was super yummy and maybe? easier than making crab cakes, so if you have leftover crab you should try it out. yay for crab!!! :-D it's good eats
