lovely. sprained ankle on going down stairs on bottom stair in flip flops slipped out from under right heel four days before bay to breakers. rice and hope for best. last sprained ankle led to inability to run for months ( a year? ) aided to school withdrawal inducing state of unhappiness ( 9/9/2001 ). this not so bad but frustrating. at least not
