Just make sure that the chocolate you eat has no dairy in it, as well as other foods. Here in the US dairy and egg are stuck into all kinds of things.

I haven't started yet, but I agree. I already know I won't be very strict on the rotation part, this part is just to avoid to develop new intolerances like I did with soya when I stopped drinking milk, but I don't think it will happen if I eat something two days in row.

Sharing a house with three vegans whose food look very various right now I can gasp how difficult this will be - and on the other hand how possible it is the same time. In such things I bless the modern world which just offers so many different food in a way that we still can eat healthy. Hope all goes well and it works out towards reducing the food intolerance!

Ohm, I need to say it I assume: AT LEAST YOU CAN EAT CHOCOLATE! (seconding Nicole's remark, though, only since living with vegans who still steal my (dark) chocolate I realized how different these sorts are)

eggs and milk would be hard, or at least cheese and butter, but doable. and wheat. this better work.

such complicated combinations!
why do you have first only white of eggs and then whole eggs?

wheat, peanut and dairy are the most allergenic foods, and it's better to stay away from them anyway.

you know what? I realized i don't eat most of these already! I do eat eggs and beef, some butter and cream... but that's it really.

btw - if you like butter you may try to find ghee which is purified butter and has no milk protein anymore, so most people who are allergic tolerate it well.

good luck!

Thanks!
I am more allergic to the yellow part of the egg (can't remember if it is exactly "yoke" and too lazy)than the white. So I bring back the food according to my tolerance.

And I just found out that there are egg substitute but I have to check, I bet there is some soya in them.

that's really a pity with the yoke, it's so healthy! mostly people are allergic to the whites.

soy is in freaking everything here. Just stay away from processed food as much as possible, it will make it easier.

I am not sure if it's worth it to do the egg substitute. it's pure chemical cocktail. But at least you are pretty good on veggies and fish, chicken... that's not bad!
