Ouch! I hate going to the hospital for anything, but I do love it when there are cute guys are there. Glad you're doing okay and that you didn't hit anything scary in your hand.

The folks at White Plains Hospital have been fantastic. They called 3 times to check on me. On the day when I told them that the tendons in my right arm hurt they had me come in so they could make sure there wasn't any damage. I told them I thought it was from over compensating because I could use my thumb but they still wanted to see me (and charge my insurance :-)

The same PA saw me and he was just as cute when I wasn't losing all that blood :-)

I can't believe you've never had stitches before! That doesn't look too pleasant - not a good position. I bet it's a nuisance trying to do things with that hand. It always helps to have a cutey in attendance in medical situations. Remind me to show you my battle scars!

Though my left thumb only had a small cut I had bruised the bone in that hand and with the sutures in my right hand I quickly learned how important having opposable thumbs is :-) The sutures come out tomorrow and my right hand isn't swollen anymore so there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Yep, my first time getting stitches. And in 3 weeks I will be getting A LOT more :-D

LOL there wasn't even any cooking involved here. I was just cutting an apple to make a snack for T (she likes apples with peanut butter). I am going back to using dangerous knives to cut those apples :-)

Hey, ask Ryan if he has ever used a Pilates Reformer and if he has, I need tips. :-)

The cute PA made it much less painful :-) For a few days I could hardly use my right hand. Which was difficult because I am right handed. The last few days have been okay though and the sutures come out on Wednesday :-)

OMG! It definitely sounds like quite an experience. I hope that once the stitches are out you'll feel much more back to normal.

The past two days have been much better than last week was. Things should be more 'normal' after the suture removal tomorrow :-)
