I used to live in BalaCynwyd! But some of these to not apply to people near philly though a lot of them are true hehehe!

and don't you guys says pocketbook or pierogies?

Philly is Philly, PA is "pee-ay", Jersey I would know what they're talking about immediately if someone said it but I still say New Jersey ( ... )

oh, and i missed one - the pronunciation of names, like Bryn Mawr, Wilkes-Barre, Schuylkill, BalaCynwyd, and Monongahela... yup, I know how to say all of them... and not only that, i live near Wiles-Barre, have swum in the Schuylkill River (and can finally spell it!), and was born in Bryn Mawr. (-:
