We finished watching sex in the city tonight. All 6 seasons dusted. As to what we're going to entertain ourselves with next, I don't know. It was highly entertaining though, the last season was by far the best, as it hit on the reality of life instead of the reality of relationships. Liz, at one in the morning, what else would my horny mind be thinking about? ;) My one comical moment. I do believe I gave it second thoughts before I wrote it, but somehow it sounded a lot better that trying out for size 10+ guys. Yeah, that sounds worse...

Thats a good realization. I heard someplace that usually a person changed careers about 3 times during their life. I think that taking a semester/quarter off will be good for you, even if it puts you a little behind. Ever since you got to UCLA you seemed to be stressed, sometimes everyone just needs a little break to re-group and get their prioroties straight.

Whats worse; getting a semester/quarter behind or tossing a coin for which school to go to and wasting TONS of time and money on something that you only feel lukewarm about? You have your entire life to work, take a break before you burn yourself out! Hell, do the abroad program (I wish I had that option, I've always wanted to do that). I have no idea how much your parents are supporting your acedemics, but I'm sure they wouldn't want to see you waste time and money doing something that you wouldn't love. Most parents just want their child to be happy. *hug*

Btw, I used to want to work for PP, as a counslor or something. Thank GOD for those people and their services. :

one of the best things ever said to me, which I live by and relate whenever I can, is that

One cannot find passion, only be prepared to embrace it when it comes around.

I, also, have far too many passions(and they tend to infringe on my sleep), but if one of them is really your calling then it will call you, you just have to be willing to listen.

My girl is also talking about taking a semester off.

If there is no hurry in life, why can't I try as many jobs as I did hobbies? Oh yes, becuase once you hit an age you don't have time anymore to experiment.

(shudder) You are starting to sound like me.

Trust me, its somewhere around 25, and it sucks.
