Okay, so the 2010 resolutions didn't go so great.
Let's look at last year...
1. Lose 25 pounds. I lost them before, found them again. Need to lose them again.
Negatory. Gained more instead. Oops.
2. Go to the gym or do some sort of physical activity each week.
