Snape is this annoying guy who has a tendency to read minds without much compunction about morals, or maybe privacy concerns, or... anything else. Snape is welcome to head in to Vector's mind. He may very much get more than he bargained for, though, with A) Alien thought process/language B) the fact that even for his own species, Vector's mind is /complex/. I imagine that it's similar to comparing a basic calculator to a T1-84, at least. It could probably be overwhelming, if Snape tries to dig too deep.

WELP. Let's see.

Tom is a good enough Occlumens to notice if Snape starts poking around and shove him out, and to keep everything really important under lock and key. But he is self-taught and doesn't have a lot of experience with it, so he isn't quite good enough to keep Snape out completely, so Snape could get some surface thoughts in the moments before Tom throws him out. They will probably be something to the effect of "WTF ARE YOU DOING" because Tom does not appreciate anyone invading his mind and so Snape will have a severely pissed off Dark Lord on his hands for his trouble.

Either way we should probably talk about things if it comes up...

Kiryu's mind is an open book, if they ever interact.

somehow I missed this last time :|a WELL

Snape may go willy-nilly about No-Name's mind a bit easier than Roxanne, given that he's had tons more experience at that stuff than she has. Basically, unless the boy is keeping his emotions pretty muted, Snape has free reign.

Of course, he may not like that... but he doesn't have any way to know it'd be happening without being told!
