[ There’s a bang.
Piper gasps awake in a hospital bed, shooting straight up with her hands still as bloody and sticky as ever. They go to her stomach, where she peels away her shirt to see her wound slowly healing. Her hands still shake from what she remembers. It wasn’t a memory. Prue was standing right in front of her and she was in the Manor

For a moment, he's entirely speechless. Then, he finds a word: ]
WYATT!!

We don't know much past what you know. [ He leans against the nearby wall, resting a foot on it. ] The city itself brings people here. All types of people. Supernatural people. Overtime it's supposed to bring out...darker urges. There's a magistrate. And people have been here as long as a year.
...The device?

[ Chris picks the network device back up and holds it out to Piper. ]
Another "perk" of this place is that it's got a public network anybody can post to. Everybody gets one of these when they show up... or so I'm told. Looks like yours was already recording when you got here.

Piper takes the device from Chris and looks at it. ] Stars? [ To herself: ] Is anything about this place relatively normal?

[ He shrugs at that. ] Is anything in your life relatively normal?

He does get a quirked brow at the 'no recollection' part. What, seriously? That seems too easy. It's not enough for him to feel safe about revealing their identities, however, not even close. ]
I think what Wyatt means is... if we're getting out, we'll have to do it from the inside. That's what I've been working on the last few days, but there's a lot of stuff to go through and figure out what's rumor and what's fact around here. And... it'd be nice if you could help?

[ She'd make a comment to Wyatt, already narrowing her eyes in response because how the hell would he know anything about her life? But Chris distracts her with his question, fortunately for her - blowing a fuse over that with the only two people who seem to give a damn would be a bad move. She falters for a moment. Prue's the one they should be asking. She knows what to do and she can do this. Piper only follows Prue's footprints. ] Help how? All I can do is make up a potion. And I've fought the Seven Deadly Sins before [ barely making it out alive from all the crap she bought, but no one needs to know about that ]. You'd need the Power of Three. [ Pity party commencing ( ... )

You're a Charmed One. Us? We're just a witch and a whitelighter.
[ This insecure version of his mother is a strange sight to see, having only ever known her as the oldest, the one in charge. Not to say that she doesn't have insecurities... but this is a new one. It makes him want to reassure her as best he can without revealing too much, let her know how useful she is whether she knows it or not. ]
Whatever you can come up with will still be tons better than what we've got.
[ ... okay, maybe being the sisters' whitelighter for a year and a half helped out in figuring out how to give pep talks. He's certainly had the practice for it. ]

You're a lucky witch and whitelighter. [ Jealous, a bit. She wishes Leo were at least here, giving her his usual tl;dr talks. And she doesn't particularly want to admit this: ] My powers are wonky. I can't orb or anything like that. [ If only she could astral project! ]
I'd only be able to whip up a spell [ which was more Phoebe's area of expertise, in her opinion, just as strategising and getting them out of shitty situations was Prue's ] or make some sort of potion. Which I doubt would help at all. I bet you two have thought those up already, huh? [ She may just even roll her eyes at herself. ]
[ She looks down and makes a face at the state of her shirt. ] Yuck. [ The perks of being a Charmed One, it seems. ] Please tell me this place is a little normal and has somewhere where I can get a shirt or something.

[ Also, yeah, Piper can't orb. But her powers are wonky? ]
But, it's -- night. So, they're closed. And we're not as lucky as you think.

[ His expression twists slightly as he tries to figure out how to explain. He can't cast spells, can't brew potions. Any attempts of his over the last few months have turned up completely flat - and for damn good reason. But how does he say that? Better to try and glaze over it for now while he attempts to think of an acceptable excuse. ]
What do you mean, your powers are wonky?

[ Piper just linefaces over the fact that the shops are closed. Great, just freaking great.
She is not impressed at all when she says it ] I got a new power. Now every time I try to freeze, I blow things up. And every time I try to blow things up, I freeze. Wonky. I don't care what anyone says, the Elders' are punishing me for breaking all their precious rules.

Hey, I could -- try and scrounge of something for you.
[ And because he sucks at being here and pretending, he orbs away to pick her up some clothing. Most likely illegally. ]

[ He takes a breath and turns to Piper. Her mentioning of gaining a new power, and earlier call for Prue, is enough to place what time she's from to a very small window. What an awful window it is, too. ]
He's right, you know. Powers growing isn't something they'd do to punish you.
[ In fact, sometimes he wonders if it's the opposite. ]

And she frowns for a moment. Wyatt's gone, at the drop of a hat, to go fetch her something when he could simply shrug his shoulders and stand there. ] Do you two know Leo? [ Better yet: ] Does Wyatt know Leo?
