Writer's Block: Do Not Forget
Tissues, no matter the time of year. I have 365-day allergies that are mild outside of allergy seasons, but I am always needing to blow my nose at one time or another. Every time I take the Flonase that the doctor prescribed, I ask myself, "So how's that workin' for ya?" -

11:05 am--Got my honey latte. Truthfully, I'm not inclined to give up this habit, it's much too tasty and I honestly don't like a single other kind of coffee or latte as much as I like this one. Oh, well ( Read more... ) -

Sugar Diary for March 6, Continued
4 pm--Got my latte because the craving had reached a critical level. I don't know if I was looking for caffeine or that heavenly combination of honey, vanilla syrup, milk, espresso, and whipped cream.
7 pm--Had a reasonably-sized oatmeal raisin cookie after supper. I needed something to temper the hot guacamole aftertaste from my wrap. -
Posting for the purpose of accountability.
(And even that may not get me to stick to the program.) I subscribe to the SparkPeople listserve, which sends me spam-like messages about diet and exercise, from forum postings to how-to articles to motivational messages. I haven't unsubscribed because the Spark website has its utility and some quality time with it could well put me back on the ( Read more... ) -
