My kitten, Rogue, has swallowed string, which has obstructed his intestines. The surgery to fix this will run $1000-$1700. I do not have this. Nor do I have the $100 per month for the next ten to 17 months for the payment plan. Besides, if I miss a payment, they take me to court, rather than collections. Swell. I am very thankful for a lot of things. Despite the recent whining about life circumstances, I realize that I have a very good life. I have wonderful parents, lovable kittehs, and fantastic friends. After another attack yesterday, I decided I couldn't, in good conscience leave Seumas with another person. With a heavy heart, I took him to the vet. The vet confirmed that he was too dangerous to keep. The vet also assured me it was nothing I did, but rather faulty brain chemistry. Two months ago, my dog and I were out for a walk, when, out of nowhere, he attacked me. Not just a growl and a bite, but a series of bites that went on for an extended period of time until I wrangled him back to my apartment.
