Exciting things
1. The last exam for the semester is over. Therefore, SEMESTER 2 2008 IS OVER. I survived. Well, won't know that for certain until results came out. But I survived. Worst semester EVER.
2. Alan got Mario Party 8 (the Wii one) for his birthday! We have been having fun with that.
3. I went shopping on my way home from my exam. Got a dvd of The ( Read more... ) -

The first time in memory I wasn't totally paranoid about making sure my photos got transferred to the computer properly before taking them off the camera... I lost them. So I lost all my photos of the cake.

Tatting tales
Since I'm in the middle of exam season and birthday season, as well as the beginning of Christmas season, I've been doing a bit of tatting lately. Actually, I've mostly been working on one thing. And I've been working on it slowly for about a month, then spent a lot of time last week finishing it up. I'm rather proud of it!

Preparations for summer
Classes are over. Only one assignment and four exams to go.
We spent this morning on poolwork. Mom and I drove down to Underwood to give me another half-hour of driving time (I'm nearly at 16 hours now*) and to get five 25kg bags of salt for the pool. I handed in my last small assignment today. Three big ones to go (two next week, one two weeks later), three proper exams, and one take-home exam to go. One week of classes, one week of swotvac, and just over one week of exams. Then it's holidays!
