It's been a while

Ridiculous.
N and I talked on the phone for three hours (!!!) last night. I really like this guy. It's kind of ridiculous actually. He is so cute! And smart! And funny! And cool! And interesting!
We're hanging out on Wednesday, we have a proper date on Thursday, and I have a ridiculous smile all over my face.

The Four Day Rule or The Like-Like Cycle
Days with no contact or un-returned contact via text message, phone call, voice-mail and/or email from a man that I like like.
Day one: Let down. I feel bummed that my current squeeze didn't acknowledge me during any given 24 hour period. I feel especially let down if I contacted the dude with no response.

One Thing I Love
I love love love it when somebody says/writes/texts something to you that references something you said days or weeks ago, because it shows that they are listening when you talk, and that they remember stuff about you. It's quite delightful and gratifying. -
