Initially, I was totally taken aback by this map. It makes it look like all of america voted for bush. But the more I look the more misleading I realize it actually is. I'd like to see a map that gives weight to the different counties...That would produce a totally different map.

yah it's very obvious that Kerry's support was in highly populated areas and Bush in the rural/suburban areas.

there is a map i've seen that's adjusted for population, and it isn't nearly as anger-inducing as that one. ....but dammit i can't find it again.
