I'm avoiding nightshades and dairy in addition to grains and sugar (could be doing waaaaay better on that front), so I'm looking for some meals I can make large batches of to prevent me from cheating. Let me know if you have any ideas other than the meals below.
Just finished moving Kadesh and I out of our respective houses and into my mom's house, where we are starting a chore chart and doing the GAPS Intro Diet with my mom while she gets ready to sell her house

Today, I worked 8 hours, cleaned the yoga studio (work trade for free yoga), and did two yoga classes. Tomorrow, I will work 8 hours at one job and six at another. This is kind of by choice, but feels crazy. Looking forward to the weekend. Also if you are in Portland, come visit me at Baan Thai! :)
My LJ friends help me to feel like there is a reason to try even harder than I am trying right now to be awesome.
I know I am doing lots of cool things, but there is always something to improve and sometimes I am frustrated I haven't improved already. Thanks for showing me it's possible. :)
