You know what happens when you answer the phone, bad news. But sometimes, when it's bad enough, it just comes to your door.

Last week I wrote a pre-dated post, it was happy and cheerful, because I was really looking forward to today. Of course the reality is nothing like I imagined.

Mmmmm, pumpkin pie with whipped cream, banana bread, and cookies.

Turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, and corn. Cranberry sauce and rolls.

Gaining ten lbs is so worth it.
