cant wait for the month to be over. this november has not been a gd month. so many things had happened. was down with shingles. bad luck in mj. grandfather passed away. my 2nd line mgr will be leaving us to head another team plus many other things.

MC for a week. but expected to work from home.

Went running with marcus for the 10k run...after the 2k mark...i m all alone...completed 1st 5k in 31mins...subsequently i finished the 10k at 1h 24mins...deducting 8mins which means 1hr 16mins...the last 5k was just walking and jogging...which choke up a timing of 45mins....now my legs are hurting big time...:(

back home after 2wks of absence from rowing...shack...slp at 630 tis am after mj overnite...woke up at 8 n fly down to kallang by 820...wanted to put plane for tdy training but lucky i din...there are onli 5 of us...

back home after brunching wif them..sitting on the couch tv-ing now wif the heavy downpour outside rite now...

yawn....

Back to rowing tdy...almost pontang due to insufficient slp the whole wk...nonetheless i still turn up...

my wk life balance is not tat balance afterall...

went for 1st rowing session on sat morn...hmmmm

1wk of ICT over..book out on fri...as I cleared my IPPT in camp, I need not book in on fri nite for RT training on sat...nonetheless will be aiming for silver tis coming fri ( Read more... )

on leave tml...super long wkend...down with throat infection..lost my voice partially...got bad news from my big boss tdy...i guess she has no other choice left...
