Seriously man, this guy is the best person ever to work for. It helps he is younger and totally down to earth. It really proves that you can be friendly with your employees yet still get them to do the work you want them to do. Note to all bosses!!! Sundays ... I don't really like them all that much. Unless it is NASCAR season, Sundays for me are usually just boring. Anyway, Christmas was pretty good.
