also, in better news, i finished painting my bedroom. 

it's been so long since it's been like this, but it was like i hadn't seen him in hours.
i still fit into the nook, he kissed my forehead, we locked our fingers together.  
i slipped into my old patterns, picked up the old parts of myself that i missed from years ago, and am elated.
