So the current TV is getting rather old, and annoying (speakers don't like many sounds)... So it's time for a new...

I am thinking of a LCD number 26"-32" range. Does any one have recommendations on this matter?

Other than that am slowly slogging through the PhD...

Is this to be an HDTV or a standard LCD TV? Which type it is affects what to look for.
