Why has this taken me so long to read? Oh dear, and I don't even know where to begin.

I must say, Hiroto tugged at my heart a little more than Tora did. When Tora first saw him at the campfire, I thought he was just imagining that he had wings because he was delirious from being drunk and almost drowning, but then they were really makeshift wings that Hiroto had stuck on himself to pretend that he wasn't just a runaway living in a shack. D;

Then Tora comes into the picture and upsets things for him, unintentionally reminding him that he isn't anything special or magical. oishdoaifhsffas

"You'll always be beautiful as you," he whispered, his own hurt dripping down in tears. And he wished the wings were real, the magic sparkling through his veins. He wished he were everything he knew Tora wanted him to be; a shining angel slipping down from his safe-haven in the sky just to help Tora be.That. ;A; Re-read it twice and that gets me. This is such a beautiful heartbreaking concept. I want this and all your other ToraPon stories
