Bela, on the other hand, actually manages to make it to the hot chocolate. She has been out all day and is desperately in the need of something warm. What she gets, however, makes her feel a little bit warmer than she anticipated. It spreads through her fingers and all along her body just from holding it, and as she drinks it, her demeanor lightens considerably.

She smiles. She's sociable. You could almost say she's actually being nice. Anyone who knows her would be astonished.

She's decided to stay out in the cold for a little while -- probably for however long this lasts, and has taken her time just walking around the park an enjoying the weather.

Oh, and there's mistletoe too.

There's a small, content noise at the kiss, and when he pulls back, the smile is a bit wider. "Well, it helps when you have a good partner."

Bela. Do not feed Damon's ego. He doesn't need it.

Damon smirks, very pleased with the feeding of his ego. He likes to keep it fed.

"Bela Talbot, I believe you just gave me a compliment," he says, hand resting against the small of her back still even as he's pulled back. It does not happen everyday. She must be in a really good mood.

"Occasionally, every once in a while, you do manage to earn one, Damon." She smirks, one hand patting the side of his face lightly. "But only once in a while."

"Earn one? I think I deserve compliments naturally," Damon says easily sliding his arms across his chest with a small smile that slides into a smirk.

He's not very good at only smiling. There's almost always some deviousness, some smirk lost in the expression.

"I don't think it'd hurt if it did get bigger," Damon says with a smirk as he tilts his head, looking down at her. He folds his arms across his chest. "Exponentially."

Damon tilts his head to the side as he looks down at her with a slow, slow smirk. "I think I'll survive," he says, sliding a hand over her shoulder as if to pat it and then sliding his palm slowly down her arm if she'll let him. "You ever think of taking me up on that offer? The offer to keep you company in bed."

She seems to be in a good mood so he's just saying. Good moods are very good for the bed.

Provide some, he does. Damon slips his hands against her shoulders and gently nudges her against the nearest dark corner. The hot chocolate will be forgotten for the moment as he kisses her from her lips down to her neck.

His hands find the space under her clothe and explore a little as long as she doesn't object. There are several examples here, Bela. They are very nice examples.

That's very good evidence, and she doesn't really object to any of it. In fact it all feels very good, and it's been a long time since she's let herself get this close. And it's Damon.

She trusts Damon, whether she's made the conscious choice to or not. And she wants this. She tips her neck away from his lips to meet his eyes again. "I think this might be better served elsewhere, don't you?"
