i had some grapes today and it started a whole binge....i felt really bad so i threw all of it up and took 6 ephedrine pills...i feel fine now...i went to a party and resisted drinking :) that saved me so many calories....i feel pretty good about myself today

i ate a pb&j sandwich and some ice cream..normally i would go and throw up to calm down but i'm at allison's house and i don't think her parents would appreciate that very much....i took a bunch of ephedrine...maybe it will make me sick...well since i slipped up so bad..no food for two days at all....

in other news: i like to kiss my boyfriend.

yesterday i was with my friend allison and it was dinner time...i didn't want to look weird so i just picked out the little pieces of chicken from the pasta and ate those (no carbs for sara)...then me and allison rode bikes to the skate park and my boyfriend :) was there...so we stayed a little while and then rode back to her house...i took about 6 ( Read more... )

my veins hurt...i think it's from the 4 birth control pills (i fell a little behind), 6 hydroxycut, 3 patentleans i've taken in the last 24 hours are making my circulatory system go berzerk...oh yeah and the hydroxycuts DO have ephedra which may be contributing to this pain..other than that i have a pretty mean buzz and no appetite at all ( Read more... )

i ate last night cuz i was drunk and ate lunch today to calm my stomach down...but i didn't gain so that's good...9 more pounds, ten more days until my deadline...i can do it..i know i can
