wow..it's really been a long time..i am proud to say that i go to the gym everyday for at least 2 and a half hours...and then come home to exercise more...i am so proud of myself...new fast starts today!!!
it's hard to get started but once you start to see results it's hard to stop...my advice is to rely more on a tape measure than the scale because you may be getting smaller even though you don't lose weight as fast...i just learned that myself :)
