my mom called my grandfather last night, whos a broker, i think and does a lot of real-estate stuff. he thinks he knows how to get me out of the contract. hey, its what he does afterall. I really hope he can get me out, since im going to have to pay some money wheter i live there or not, which really sucks. I would love to be taken off, save
