This is beginning to get ridiculus. Went to see my specialist again to finally get the results of the bone scan and only found out that it didn's show anything conclusive and he still doesn't know what's wrong. Well, nothing came of my appointment as the doctor hasn't gotten the results of my scan yet. Well, finally got in to see the specialist about my foot and guess what....he hasn't a clue what's wrong. ::sigh:: Sooooo, I get to have a bone scan (a dye test) done tomorrow and then see him again on Monday. Well I finally know what's wrong with my foot. Went ahead and had them x-ray it on Sat. and got the results on Wed.. The doc says there is an area of localized osteroporosis as well as either a cyst or a lesion. I'm being sent to an orthopedic surgeon next week to see what the next step is. Well, my plans for the fall have once again changed. I didn't get into clinicals, even after they gave us a second chance due to a computer glitch in the registration software, and I haven't heard from the only job that looked promising. Well today was the day to register for my clinicals. Unforuntately I did not get in. ::sigh:: Now I have to wait till next June before I can try again. I still don't have a job and now I won't have classes either.

Well, it's been an interesting weekend. On Friday I was apparently biten 4 times by a Yellow Sac Spider. This species is considered mildly venomous and medically significant. Felt like I'd stepped on a small bee and continued to throb all night. Next day it was painful to walk and I could see the bites swelling. Hurt like mad between feeling like ( Read more... )
