And the walls fall down

It's demolision time at my house. My dad has decided to redo the stairs and hallway. This means tearing down the old plaster-and-lathe and putting up new drywall. And that means DUST. Lots and lots of dust. He's almost finished putting up the drywall and then he has to fill in all the cracks with somekind of sticky stuff and then he has to paint.

I haven't a clue. But noting that my dad not only hates doing plumbing but is also not very good at it probably means it's going to take awhile while he tries to figure things out. Also he'll probably go slowly so he doesn't screw anything up.
