the photoshop part isn't on the boob (though those have probably been surgically enhanced) - my vote is that somebody photoshopped her head in there. check out the weird light on the top of her hair and the skin tones from her face and the rest of her body dont match.

still a nice side boob, but hillary duff defintitely doesn't have boobs that big.
boob = real, face = fake.
