How big of a man should I be?

First off for everyone, I am a man, not a fairy, not a fag, not a girl. That's for everyone that works on my floor in my building. Second, how do I get over this office thing? I want to know how I should handle the fact that three of the people in the office have formed their little social club successfully excluding me from any kind of interaction
